Start with the work
Define the role, the tasks a candidate will perform and the evidence a reviewer needs. Compare the scenario instructions, scoring criteria, accessibility, permitted tools and human review process against those requirements.
Ask for evidence
Inspect an actual sample attempt and scoring explanation. Check whether the environment is simulated, which actions it supports, how evidence is retained and who may access it. A score alone does not establish a hiring decision.
