Start with the evaluation requirements
For acquisitions using FAR 15.305, proposal evaluation follows the factors and subfactors specified in the solicitation. Read the applicable solicitation and amendments before deciding what belongs in the response.

Separate drafting from evidence
A generated paragraph is a draft, not proof of a qualification, customer result or delivery commitment. Keep factual assertions attached to an approved source and record missing information as a gap.
Review the actual submission
Check instructions, required attachments, version history and approval responsibilities. Have the accountable team review the final material. A drafting tool does not submit the proposal or make a binding commitment on its own.
Measure assistance honestly
Compare equivalent tasks and include correction and review time. Report observed results with their method and scope rather than promising an increased win rate.
