Workspace 01 · IntelligenceLive · conditional
Source-stamped context, not a silent verdict.
The job is to read what you are entitled to see, with its source class and date on its face, then qualify or dismiss on the record. Fit against your profile is a suggestion. Winrove assists; it does not replace professional judgment.
Availability on this page follows the Customer guide dated 15 Aug 2026. Synthetic fragments are design previews.
The job
Open Intelligence to work agencies, vehicles, signals, and sources. Spending and awards appear on Pro+. Promote a notice you trust into a pursuit so the citation trail travels with it.
What it is not
- A private opportunity index. That route shows that no index exists.
- A live connector promised as currently populated. Wired is not the same as rows today.
- DemandStar, Jaggaer, Ariba, Ivalua, or Sourcewell results. Those sources are not ingested.
- Licensed analyst briefs invented for this page.
The workflow
From a public notice to a pursuit you can defend.
Sources land, stamped
Federal SAM.gov is the main catalog. Configured SLED connectors may return rows; empty results mean no rows for your filters, not that you filtered wrong.
Spending when entitled
Spending and awards are Pro+. They do not appear as a fabricated market picture on lower plans.
You qualify or dismiss
Save, follow, and notify are live, with plan caps. AI bid/no-bid and win probability are Pro+, 10 per month. The human qualification stays authoritative.
The pursuit inherits the trail
Create a pursuit from a notice you have reviewed. Nothing in Intelligence silently becomes a bid decision.

States the product already names
Empty, stale, and restricted are honest.
Fig. 19 · States from the customer guide, not dashboard theater.
Empty
No rows for these filters. Widen the query, or check /coverage before concluding a jurisdiction is quiet.
Restricted
Licensed sourceThe record exists; your seat is not entitled. The state names that, rather than filling the gap.
Stale
Freshness labeledSource last-synced age belongs on the record. Check /intelligence/sources.
Degraded
Source labeledIf SAM.gov is having a bad day, the app labels the source rather than inventing rows.
Not ingested
Named exclusionDemandStar-class sources cannot appear. The product says so instead of returning a lookalike.
Promoted
To a pursuitConfirmation names the destination. Intelligence does not submit a bid.
