Platform overview
Nine workspaces. One custody line.
Every workspace reads from the same evidence chain and writes back to it. Move a pursuit from intelligence to closeout and its sources, owners, and approvals travel with it.
Each workspace has a capability page that names Live, Conditional, and Not available from the customer guide dated 15 Aug 2026. Fragments on this index remain design previews. Product direction marks only workflows that are not live.
Intelligence
Pre-RFP signals, agency context, and source-stamped records land in one stream. Each item carries its source, entitlement, and date before you act on it. Fit against your profile is a suggestion, never a silent verdict. Pursuit-specific analyst briefs are not a product.
Qualify or dismiss on the record. Promote a signal and the new pursuit inherits the full citation trail, so nothing is retyped and nothing is silently altered.
Pursuits & bid/no-bid
The pursuit command center holds the whole argument for a bid: the qualified opportunity, the recorded decision with reasoning, the shredded requirements with lineage to the source paragraph, and the capture plan with named owners and dates.
A no-bid is a first-class outcome. The reasoning stays searchable, so the same bad fit does not consume next quarter too.
Pricing studio & basis of estimate
Every rate has a basis, every estimate has an author, every total has a review trail. Validation blocks hold the price until a pricing lead clears them: an unresolved escalation cannot ship inside a quiet cell.
Labor-rate intelligence appears only from sources your entitlements permit, stamped accordingly.
Proposal work
Drafting that reuses approved evidence instead of pasting last year's claims. Word stays your surface when your team wants it: sections round-trip with versions and owners intact. Color-team review happens against the requirement lineage, not a loose PDF.
Delivery & closeout
Award converts promises into obligations. Deliverables, CDRLs, and modifications live against the contract record: a MOD comparison shows exactly what changed, and closeout produces the verified outcomes the rest of the system learns from.
Network & teaming
Contractors, consultants, resellers, and teaming partners as a relationship graph with verification classes: an award record is stronger evidence than a handshake, and the graph says which one you are looking at. Private vehicle and partner opportunities appear here for entitled accounts.
Reports & outcome learning
Reporting reads only verified outcomes: submissions on the record, awards and acceptances with dates. Win-rate intelligence is a direction we are building on that foundation, and it will never be presented from unverified anecdote.
Guided onboarding
The first-proposal experience walks a new team through registration readiness, a first qualified list, a first recorded decision, and a first reviewed submission. The guidance is the product teaching its own discipline.
Browser companion & mobile
The companion puts Winrove beside SAM.gov: qualify, stamp, and file an opportunity without leaving the notice. On a phone, approvals and tasks come first: a pricing grid becomes an approval summary, a graph becomes a readable list.
Responsive by recomposition
The same record, honestly recomposed for every screen.
Desktop shows the working grid. Tablet keeps hierarchy and folds rails into bands. Mobile leads with the decision that cannot wait.
Full pricing grid, rails, and review trail
Rails become drawers, grid stays legible
Approval summary first, grid on request
