We bid for a living. The product is our discipline, shipped.
Winrove is a product of IT Custom Solution LLC, a multi-practice technology firm built from the inside of a government contract. Every rule in the product exists because skipping it once cost us something.
We delivered against SAM.gov before we ever wrote software for it.
What we believe
Three commitments, in writing.
- 01Provenance over polish. A cited, dated, entitled fact beats a beautiful unsourced one. The interface enforces this so people do not have to.
- 02Honest availability. We label what is available, in beta, in build, or planned, on every surface including this website.
- 03Small teams first. The primary customer is the operator wearing five hats, not the department that already has one for each.
